- Rush work (<2-week lead): +25%.
- Out-of-scope change requests: re-quoted. We won't absorb silently.
Common questions.
- Why publish prices? Because "contact us for pricing" wastes both sides' time.
- Mix retainer + project? Yes - most Growth/Scale clients start with a project, then roll onto retainer.
- Nonprofit / academic? 20% off all tiers, case by case.
- Invoicing? Monthly for retainers, 50%/50% for projects (kickoff / delivery).
