What we build.

The positioning is AI-integrated custom apps first. Web and product builds are the range around them - same team, same stack, same contract.

  • AI-integrated client apps. Retrieval-augmented workflows, agents with tool use, structured generation pipelines, internal copilots, automated classification/extraction, human-in-the-loop review surfaces. Wired to your data, your domain, your guardrails.
  • Small web products. Auth, DB, admin dashboards, API. Under 20 screens. AI features optional but designed for.
  • Integrations-heavy sites. CRM, email, Stripe, calendar, analytics - wired cleanly, with AI layers where they earn their keep.
  • Marketing sites. Multi-page, multilingual, CMS-backed, schema, OG. 10-50 pages typical.
  • Landing pages with backend. Single conversion page with real functionality.

The stack we ship.

  • AI layer: OpenAI, Anthropic, or self-hosted. Vector DB (pgvector / Pinecone). Evals baked in. Prompt + model choice justified per use-case.
  • Framework: Astro 5 - static by default, islands where needed. Fast, search-indexable, easy to hand over.
  • Styling: Tailwind 4 with a documented token layer. No design-system debt.
  • CMS: Sanity (editorial-heavy) or file-based MDX (brochure sites).
  • Infra: Cloudflare Pages + Workers. Global CDN by default.
  • DB: Postgres on Neon or Supabase.
  • Transactional mail: Resend.
  • Analytics: PostHog or Umami (privacy-first).
  • Search: Pagefind (client-side, zero infra) or vector-backed.

Method (how a build runs).

  1. Week 1 - Design, IA, AI scope. Wireframes, page inventory, content model, AI surfaces, data model, eval plan. You approve.
  2. Weeks 2-3 - Skeleton. Components, layouts, CMS wiring, AI pipeline stubs. Live preview from day three.
  3. Weeks 4-6 - Content + features. Copy placed, integrations wired, AI flows implemented, evals passing, tests written.
  4. Week 7 - QA. Lighthouse, accessibility sweep, browser/device matrix, content proof, AI output review.
  5. Week 8 - Launch + handover. Deploy, DNS, handover session, 30 days of post-launch fixes.
