1. Who we are

AISO Dev is a trade name of Precious Episode LDA, a company registered in Portugal (NIF 514701617) with registered office at Avenida David Mourão-Ferreira 14, 8A, 1750-204 Lisboa, Portugal. AISO Dev is part of AISO Group. For privacy questions, email privacy@aiso-group.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact and audit form submissions. Name, email, company, website, company size, industry, problem description, stack description, budget band, timeline, language preference.
  • Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep the thread.
  • Analytics. PostHog (EU-hosted) for basic usage (page views, referrer, country). No third-party tracking beyond the cookie notice.
  • Server logs. Standard HTTP logs kept for 30 days.

We do not collect special-category data. Don't send it to us.

3. Why we collect it

  • Respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request.
  • Deliver the audit or project if you engage us. Legal basis: contract.
  • Run the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (security, performance).
  • Improve the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (aggregate analytics, no profiling).

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it, or share it for marketing.

4. Who we share it with

  • Cloudflare (hosting + CDN).
  • Resend (transactional email).
  • Google Workspace (email + calendar).
  • PostHog (analytics, EU region).
  • Notion or similar (internal project tracking).

All processors sign standard contractual clauses where applicable.

5. Where it's stored

EU region by default. Cloudflare traffic terminates at EU edges when possible.

6. How long we keep it

  • Inquiry submissions that don't become clients: 24 months.
  • Clients: contract duration + 7 years (legal and accounting retention).
  • Analytics: 13 months (rolling).
  • Server logs: 30 days.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion (subject to legal retention), object to processing based on legitimate interest, port your data, and complain to your DPA (in Portugal: CNPD). Email privacy@aiso-group.com - we respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

Only strictly necessary cookies by default. Analytics cookies only with consent.

9. Security

HTTPS everywhere. Minimum-access principle for staff. No shared credentials. Incident response plan documented; notification within 72 hours of any breach affecting you.

10. Children

Not directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page.
