What the audit covers.

1. Data inventory. Where your customer, product, and operational data lives. Quality, gaps, duplication, structure.
2. Tool stack map. Which systems AI would touch (CRM, docs, spreadsheets, email, billing, support).
3. Workflow teardown. Three to five processes we'd look at as automation candidates. Where the manual time actually goes.
4. Phase-one recommendation. One concrete build we'd ship first, with scope, timeline, and price band.
5. Phase-two shortlist. Two or three follow-on builds, ranked by ROI vs. effort.

How the two weeks run.

• Day 0 - Scoping call (30 min, free). You describe the business. We ask specific questions. One-page summary within 24 hours - keep it whether you engage us or not.
• Week 1 - Access + interviews. Read-only access to systems we need to see. 2-3 interviews with the people who do the actual work.
• Week 2 - Write-up + delivery. 10-15 page document. Live readout call. Revisions if anything is off.

• Compact audit - €2,500. One workflow, one data domain. 1 week.
• Standard audit - €5,000. Up to 3 workflows, full tool stack review. 2 weeks.
